A fully integrated SaaS and HaaS (hardware as a service) platform designed to automate information flow, daily schedules and sponsor management. We take digital administration all the way out into the physical room.
Hardware-accelerated kiosk OS
The platform runs on a purpose-built Raspberry Pi 4 infrastructure locked into a dedicated kiosk mode through the Wayland/labwc compositor. The screen is entirely maintenance-free and runs full-screen with no error messages or crash bubbles.
Rather than loading the processor, the frontend engine leans on CSS3 3D rendering and GPU compositing. That keeps the dynamic content auto-scrolling smoothly, without dropped frames, on lightweight hardware.

Autonomous data parsing and self-healing
The system includes an intelligent proxy engine that fetches and cleans complex booking data from municipal KMD systems on its own. The code spots errors and local spelling variations in the data stream and corrects them in real time to guarantee valid data.
To keep it running 24/7 under any conditions, the system is designed to self-heal. The hardware forces a complete, autonomous restart every night at 03:00 to clear memory and eliminate browser memory leaks.

Live preview CMS and a developer time machine
The web admin dashboard gives management full control. It carries a live preview engine built on iframe scaling, so from your phone you get a pixel-perfect, real-time rendering of the 1920×1080 display hanging in the hall.
For technical support the platform includes a developer sandbox. A global date-time override lets us simulate schedules weeks into the future and bypass room filters to debug complex bookings — all without disturbing the live screen running at the customer's site.

A self-funding platform with almost no manual work
Beyond Vision Digital Signage removes the cost of expensive commercial signage systems and of printing paper schedules by hand. Thanks to the hardware-accelerated sponsor carousel, the customer can easily sell digital advertising space. In practice the platform is often 100% self-funding from day one and creates a new income stream for local clubs. The asymmetric cloud infrastructure and effectively unlimited scalability underpin the system's formally estimated market value of DKK 750,000.
