OSIS LiveSync
OSIS LiveSync is Beyond Vision's real-time platform for running large gymnastics displays, competitions and live events. One click in the event office instantly updates the big screens, the information screens, the announcer's iPad, the audience app and the broadcast graphics in OBS — synchronised over WebSockets and running on our own infrastructure.
Real time, from the event office to the hall floor
One click in the admin panel instantly updates the big screen in the hall, the information screens, the announcer's iPad, the audience app and the broadcast graphics — all synchronised live over WebSockets.
The whole platform runs on Beyond Vision's own infrastructure with Node.js, SQLite and WebSockets. No third-party cloud: full data ownership, GDPR-friendly, and no recurring platform fees.
- Two access levels: a super admin runs the events, the customer only manages their own teams
- Live drag-and-drop running order, check-in and a dynamic delay offset
- Automatic schedule generation and fault-tolerant reconnection
Broadcast overlays for OBS, vMix and Stream Deck
Transparent HTML overlays drop straight into OBS or vMix as browser sources and update themselves live — no expensive dedicated graphics machines, and no page refresh.
- Seven ready-to-use overlays: "on the floor now" (lower third), next team, quiz, message banner, sponsor bar, clock/logo and a "starting soon" card
- Driven live from a Stream Deck — show and hide overlays and change messages without touching the computer
- Freely positioned (corners, top or bottom) and updated with no latency
Native apps for the audience and the crew
OSIS LiveSync ships real apps for both iOS and Android, built in SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose. The audience follows along live, and the crew get their own tools inside the same app.
- Audience: a live running order with delay calculation, warm-up times and "on the floor now"
- Quiz participation and prizes redeemed by QR code
- Crew: a kiosk login (scan and redeem QR codes) and the announcer panel
- A live count of active users in the control room

I would like to say a big thank you to Sebastian and Beyond Vision for a genuinely strong collaboration on Sorø Opvisningsdage.
Beyond Vision handled the entire production — from video and information screens to the timing of the displays — and delivered a solution that simply worked from start to finish. It has been a pleasure to work with such a professional setup.
Thank you for the effort.
Maximum ROI and enterprise scalability
As an endlessly scalable white-label SaaS product, onboarding a new event carries almost no marginal cost. That gives the strongest return on investment on the market, with one system covering logistics, graphics, information and audience interaction at once. The platform addresses a large market of sports clubs, e-sport and conferences, and is formally valued at DKK 1.5 million.
