The screen in the hall
that looks after itself
A note on the noticeboard stays up for three weeks. A screen that somebody has to remember to update does not get updated either. So our information screens fetch the day's court bookings from the KMD club portal themselves and put them up, without anyone typing a thing.

How the screen looks right now
This is the real screen page — the same one hanging in the hall. The clock is running, the bookings are today's, and the weather is what it is outside.
Live from infoskraem.beyondvision.dk. The screen in the hall shows exactly the same thing.
- Today's bookings, fetched automatically. The screen asks the KMD club portal what is happening in the hall today, and shows it. Nobody types it in.
- The week ahead. The whole week on rotation, so you can look forward without asking anyone.
- Local weather. Temperature and conditions, fetched automatically.
- Noticeboard. Photos and announcements the club posts itself from an admin panel.
- Latest news. A running line of text along the bottom for whatever needs to be seen today.
- Sponsor carousel. The sponsors rotate on the screen — visible every single day, not just on a board.
- Clock and date. Big and readable from the far end of the hall.
What is on the screen
Everything people actually ask about
Who has the hall right now? When is a court free? Has anything been cancelled? The screen answers before anyone gets round to asking — and the club spends not one minute maintaining it.
It is on all year. It does not need looking after.

We prepare the unit
A small computer in a 3D-printed enclosure, set up with your screen page before it ships. There is nothing for you to install.
It boots on its own
Plug in power and HDMI and it is on the right page. Nothing to type, no login, no keyboard to connect.
It restarts overnight
At three every night. A screen that has hung there for six months behaves exactly as it did on day one.
An admin panel for the club
Announcements, the news line and sponsors are edited from an ordinary browser — with a live preview of the screen beside them.
We can help remotely
If something goes wrong, we can reach the unit and fix it without driving out to the hall.

If there are screens in several locations, they are all run from the same panel. The content can be identical or different.
